Conditions of sale and quotations

In this catalogue there are given no prices. The current quotations can be obtained via our contact page. Offers will be returned within 2-24 hours to the customer. Quotations for Canada and the USA contain in addition 75 USD for mail express service. If we are allowed to use the customer's mail express account, the fee of 75 USD will be dropped.

Purity

All chemicals are typically 97%+. The purity is determined by NMR spectra (Bruker 400 and 600 MHz) and LC-MS spectra (Agilent).

We do not accept return of chemicals where the customer imposes his own quality parameters, unless these have been stipulated on the original order and agreed in writing by Aurora Fine Chemicals Ltd.

Complaints

Non-delivery or unacceptability of goods must be notifed within 21 days of date of invoice, otherwise the invoice will be deemed to be payable in full.

Payment

Payment terms are 30 days net. Purchasers are held responsible for all duties, taxes and bank charges. Credit cards are not accepted for payment. Bank checks and transfers to our bank account are accepted.

Acceptance of conditions

The placing of a purchase order implies the acceptance of these conditions.
