Ordering Instructions
How to order structures from the Catalog.
Enquiries of customers are welcome via e-mail or fax and they are answered within 2 - 24 hours. Orders are accepted only in writing, preferable by fax.
How to order custom synthesis.
Customers need only to inform us about their desired structure(s). If
necessary a secrecy agreement is signed in advance. After maximum 5 days -
usually 48 hours - our offer is sent including fixed prices and delivery times.
On customers requests together with the ordered compound a synthesis record
including analytical data and reports is delivered.
If the delivery needs more than 2 weeks, the customer obtains biweekly an intermediate report. Aurora's success rate is about 95%. This means that, if the order is accepted by Aurora, the probability that the customer will obtain the ordered substances during the promised period of time, is 95%.
How to order custom research.
The main procedure is similar to that described above. The difference is that a synthesis route is offered to the customer, which will used then for the synthetic pathway. All synthesized and ordered substances are delivered together with appropriate synthesis records.
